NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-003669 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Shona Carcary a/k/a Shona R. Carcary, as Trustee under the provisions of a trust agreement dated 11/13/2006 known as the Trust No. 5032 Trust, Shaun Carcary a/k/a Shaun L. Carcary, Shona Carcary a/k/a Shona R. Carcary, City of Tampa, Florida, Equity Trust Company, Custodian f/b/o Leonard H. Marks IRA, Leonard H. Marks, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Trust No. 5032 Trust, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
