NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-006672 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC , is the Plaintiff and Robert W. Polley, Hillsborough County, River Oaks Condominium II Association, Inc., River Oaks Recreation Association, Inc., State of Florida Department of Revenue, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2004 OF RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM 11, PHASE IV BUILDING 20. A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3817 PAGE 512 AND AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4003, PAGE 1624, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5 PAGE 10 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF AFORESAID: TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
