NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-009124 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for TBW Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and Carla I. Parreno, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Home America Mortgage, Inc., TENANT #1 N/K/A FRANCISCA MONTALVO, Valhalla of Brandon Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
