NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-018343 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of October 1, 2006 Securitized Asset-Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2006-WM2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WM2, is the Plaintiff and Gloria Williams, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for WMC Mortgage Corp., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
PARCEL 1: BEGINNING AT A POINT 256.00 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, RUN THENCE NORTH 12.00 FEET, THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 40 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 122.00 FEET, RUN THENCE SOUTH TO THE NORTH BANK OF THE EXISTING CANAL, AND THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH BANK OF SAID CANAL TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
