NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-024272 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Melinda Cox Beck A/K/A Melinda Rautmann , Dwayne Rautmann, Jr., American Express Bank, FSB, Fifth Third Bank , Taylor Bay Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
