De Certain, Vanessa Certain, The Villas Condominiums Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Sunshine Anderson, Gold Seal Roofing & Construction, Inc., Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/s Jeremy Warzybok, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
