Final Judgment was awarded on August 26, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-014251, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff, and, SYLVIA MISCHAL A/K/A SYLVIA MARIE MISCHAL; SYLVIA MISCHAL A/K/A SYLVIA MARIE MISCHAL, AS TRUSTEE OF THE SYLVIA MARIE MISCHAL LIVING TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 22, 2005; CHEVAL WEST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A THOMAS LIN; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
