NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 27, 2013, in Case No. 52-2012-CA-003444 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Karl E. Schlichte, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 11th day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 24, Block B, CAPRI ISLE BLOCKS A - B - K - J - G - H, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 1 through 3, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
