YOU ARE NOTIFIED that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this action on August 6, 2013, and recorded in Official Records Book 18119 at Page 1540 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, will conduct an on-line auction sale of real property located in Pinellas County, Florida, and described as:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 4-N, as shown on Condominium plat of CASABLANCA CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 23, at Pages 16 through 24, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed August 13, 1976, in Official Records Book 4453, Pages 1410 through 1470, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto; and together with Covered Parking Space # 4N.
Subject to that Declaration of Condominium of CASABLANCA CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, together with all of its terms, provisions, conditions, rights, privileges, obligations, restrictions, easements, liens and exhibits attached thereto.

Said on-line auction sale will be conducted at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 25, 2013, beginning at 10:00 A. M. (1000 hours) Eastern Standard Time (EST). If you do not otherwise have access to a computer, access to the electronic on-line auction will be available at public computer terminals in the Offices of the Clerk of the Court located in the back of the Official Records Department of the Clearwater Courthouse at 315 Court Street, Room 163, Clearwater, Florida 33756, and the Judicial Building in St. Petersburg at 545 First Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Govern yourselves accordingly.
