NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-013716-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”), is Plaintiff and JACOB-FRANZ DYCK A/K/A DYCK JACOB-FRANZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACOB-FRANZ DYCK A/K/A DYCK JACOB-FRANZ, IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JACOB-FRANZ DYCK A/K/A DYCK JACOB-FRANZ AS TRUSTEE OF THE NASUS TRUST; DOUGLAS WELLS; UNKNOWN HEIRS/BENEFICIARIES OF THE NASUS TRUST; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; THE MEADOWS OF LARGO HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 15th day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, MEADOWS AT LARGO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 130, PAGES 47 AND 48, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
