NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September, 11 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-011543-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Co as trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR5 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Gloria Salgueiro, Mark Salgueiro, Morningside East, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Talisa Davis, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 30th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 34, BUILDING H, MORNINGSIDE EAST CONDOMINIUM III, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4919, PAGES 1671 THROUGH 1724, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 16 THROUGH 20, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
