NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-001751-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee, is the Plaintiff and Mark R. G. Benson, Tenant #1 n/k/a Marian Walker, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 30th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE NORTH 87 FEET OF LOT NO. 17, CLARK AND BUTLER'S SUBDIVISION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
