NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-012718 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of April 1, 2007 Securitized Asset-Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2007-BR2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-BR2, is the Plaintiff and Timothy Wardle a/k/a Timothy C. Wardle, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Accu Funding Corporation, Unknown Spouse of Timothy Wardle aka Timothy C. Wardle n/k/a Lea Wardle, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 25th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 46 AND 47, SEMINARY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
