NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on October 8, 2013, beginning at 9:30 a.m., a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners in the County Commission Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida, to consider the petition of Kalmia Condominium #5 to vacate, abandon and/or close the following.

A portion of right of way know as Ottawa Road and a portion of Skyview Avenue right of way, Gates Knoll, Plat Book 33, Page 56, in Section 23-29-15, Pinellas County, Florida.

Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
