NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-001258 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Tammara Rubino A/K/A Tammara K. Rubino, Michael Rubino, Wachovia Bank, National Association, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 29th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 44, BEL-KEENE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
