Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 27, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 413 AND 415 LESS THE NORTH 63 FEET OF EACH LOT, LAKE BUTLER VILLA CO`S ADDITION TO VETERAN CITY, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART; TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS THERON.
a/k/a 2531 56TH ST. S., Gulfport, FL 33707-5228
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 11, 2013 beginning at 10:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
