Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 20, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT 54, OF WILLOW LAKE TOWNHOMES BUILDING NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 98, PAGE 72, 73 AND 74, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6400 46TH AVENUE NORTH UNIT 54, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33709; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
