NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-11367-CO-041 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF NO. FOUR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and BETTE C. GRAHAM; U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of October, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 69, Mainlands of Tamarac by the Gulf Unit No. Four, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Book 3773, page 95 and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, pages 54 through 62, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A/K/A: 3658 97th Ave, Unit 2, Pinellas Park, FL 33782
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
