NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated August 28, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 09010868CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 15th day of October, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9 AND THE NORTHEAST 1/2 OF LOT 8, BLOCK 32, PINELLAS POINT ADDITION SECTION C OF MOUND SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
