NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered September 18, 2013, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 205, Madeira Norte Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments as recorded in the Condominium Plat Book 24, Pages 87-90, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida as recorded in O.R. Book 4531, Page 840, et. seq.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 24th day of October, 2013.
