NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure filedSeptember 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-009617-CI-33 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LISA RODRIGUEZ a/k/a LISA J. RODRIGUEZ, PINELLAS BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a ADAM DIX, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 n/k/a STEVEN HARTMAN, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on OCTOBER 25, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 98, LAKEWOOD ESTATES SECTION “D”, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 29, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida a/k/a Lot 3, Block 98, LAKEWOOD ESTATES SECTION D, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, at Page 29-S, Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
