NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522008CA015278XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1. is Plaintiff and CONSTANTINA M. PAPPAS; FOX CHASE WEST CONDOMINIUM NO. 12 ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 17th day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 202, FOX CHASE WEST CONDOMINIUM NO. 12, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 6567, PAGE 2157, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 97, PAGE(S) 10 AND 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
