NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522006CA007343 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2005-WMC2, POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2005, is Plaintiff and Carmine Mariano, Camelle R. Mariano, Rose Constanzo, Unknown Spouse of Rose Constanzo, Valencia Park Homeowners Association, Inc., Ivy F. Garcia d/b/a X-Acto Financial Corp., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 152 OF VALENCIA PARK, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
