NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-004379CI20 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-HE1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE1, is Plaintiff and William B. Lott, El Pasado Condominium Association, Inc., and Atlantic Credit and Finance Inc., as assignee of Capital One, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 8-G, in Building 8, of El Pasado, Phase 4, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 5810, Pages 335 through 398, as amended, and as per Condominium plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 94, Pages 47 through 50, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
