NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-004330 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and John Spinks, Bay Area Heart Center, P.A., Katherine Spinks, Tenant #1 n/k/a Johnny Legakis, United States of America, The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
