Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 12-007951-CI , in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and DENISE DEJARNETTE, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA:
LOT 43, NORTH PARK RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 6 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO : EASEMENTS, LIMITATIONS RESTRICTIONS, AND ZONING REGULATIONS OF RECORD. SUBJECT TO : AD VALOREM TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2006, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT YEARS.
GRANTOR DOES HEREBY FULLY WARRANT THE TITLE TO SAID LAND, AND WILL DEFEND THE SAME AGAINST THE LAWFUL CLAIMS OF ALL PERSONS WHOMSOVER.
