NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-13191 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, FSB f/k/a World Savings Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Kimberlee Stewart, Doug Stewart, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 29th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 17, BLOCK 3, YACHT CLUB ESTATES UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
