NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002721 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Nomura Asset Acceptance Corporation Mortgage Pass Through Certificates Series 2005-AP2, is the Plaintiff and Gary Rhodes, Roary Rhodes a/k/a Roary D. Rhodes, SunTrust Bank, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 29th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 34, BLOCK L, GULFVIEW RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 3133, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
