NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-001032-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC., is the Plaintiff and SARA Q. ST. ANGELO; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 285, BEACON GROVES, UNIT IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 33-34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
