NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3rd, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-022524-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. Newbury Place REO IV, LLC, Plaintiff and ROBERT W DONNELLY; ELIZABETH WRIGHT N/K/A DONNELLY; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this October 18th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
