NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12008154CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-S3 MORTGAGE TRUST is the Plaintiff and ROBERT HAMILTON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 15th day of October, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK O, FOURTH ADDITION TO GULF SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 61, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PUINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
