NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2013 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on November 5, 2013, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 15 AND THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF LOT 14, BELLEVIEW ISLAND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGES 85 THRU 87, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE MOST SOUTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 15; THENCE N. 55° 00`00” W., 201.61 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 15 AND NON-TANGENT CURVE CONCAVE NORTHWESTERLY AND HAVING A RADIUS OF 264.24 FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID CURVE, 13.49 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 02° 55`26” (CHORD N. 27° 42`43” E, 13.48 FEET); THENCE NON-TANGENT, NORTH 35° 48`30” EAST, 96.14 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 55° 00`00” EAST, 201.97 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 35° 00`00” WEST, 109.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
