NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Final Judgment, dated August 27, 2013, in Case No. 52-2012-CA-014452XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY, AN ILLINOIS BANKING CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NORTHERN TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, FORMERLY KNOWN AS NORTHERN TRUST BANK OF FLORIDA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF DECEDENT JAMES A. TURNER (“DECEDENT”), AS WELL AS THE HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST DECEDENT; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, AND CREDITORS OF DECEDENT, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST DECEDENT; AND ALL UNKNOWN NATURAL PERSONS, IF ALIVE, AND IF DEAD OR NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, THEIR SEVERAL AND RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, AND CREDITORS, OR OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY THROUGH OR UNDER THOSE UNKNOWN NATURAL PERSONS; AND, THE SEVERAL AND RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN ASSIGNS, SUCCESSORS-IN-INTEREST, TRUSTEES, OR ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ANY CORPORATION OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY NAMED AS A DEFENDANT; AND ALL CLAIMANTS, PERSONS OR PARTIES, NATURAL OR CORPORATE, OR WHOSE EXACT LEGAL STATUS IS UNKNOWN, CLAIMING UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE NAMED OR DESCRIBED DECEDENT OR PARTIES OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN AND TO THE LANDS HEREAFTER DESCRIBED; UNKNOWN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DECEDENT JAMES A. TURNER; JEFFREY TURNER; CHRISTOPHER TURNER; VICKI JENKINS; STATE OF FLORIDA; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA;, are the Defendants, the HON. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, Florida will sell the property located in St. Petersburg, Florida to the highest and best bidder for cash.
