NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 07-009145-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Dean Nelson, Jane Doe 1 n/k/a Mary Farlow, Jane Doe 2 n/k/a Elaine Tabb, John Doe 1 n/k/a Gene Rhodes, John Doe 2 n/k/a Molly Todd, The City of St. Petersburg, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 1st day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
