NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-008939-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Fon Mark a/k/a Fom Mark, Susan J. Mark, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for GMAC Mortgage Corporation DBA ditech.com, Tenant #1 n/k/a Thomas Williams, Tenant #2 n/k/a Mrs. Williams (Refused spouse's name), are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, SPANISH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 95 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
