NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11007494CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R5, is the Plaintiff and NIKOLAOS D. APOSTOLIDIS; ZOILA C. APOSTOLIDIS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 38, 39 AND THE WEST 40 FEET OF LOT 40, OF BLOCK 12 OF FAIRMOUNT PARK SUBDIVISION OF TARPON SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
