NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 04, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-013864 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC, Plaintiff, and ROCKY WILLIAM MCDOLE, CAROL DIANE MCDOLE A/K/A CAROL D. MCDOLE, ANA V. TIBBETTS, and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 21st day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, AND THE SOUTH 17 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK 5, R.A. PHRANER'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
