AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-41 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and DEBBIE LIEBERMAN; STEVEN LIEBERMAN; BELLA VISTA ON LAKE SEMINOLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/22/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
