Remsen also known as Angela S. Swann also known as Angela S. Lanier also known as Angela Lanier, Beth E. Gallagher, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Angela S. Remsen also known as Angela S. Swann also known as Angela S. Lanier also known as Angela Lanier, The Unknown Spouse of Beth E. Gallagher, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 1st day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
