NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-011247 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Edgar L. Willard, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc, as Nominee for First Guaranty Mortgage, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 7, LESS PART DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 7, RUN SOUTHWESTERLY 27 FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 7; THENCE EAST TO POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH THE REAR OF EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 7 AT A POINT MEASURED 27 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE LOT LINE FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 27 FEET ALONG THE LOT LINE TO SAID NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 7, THENCE WESTERLY 100.47 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 7 TO POINT OF BEGINNING, AND THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PART OF LOT 6; FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6, RUN SOUTHWESTERLY 33 FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 6; THENCE EAST TO POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH THE REAR OF EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 6; AT A POINT MEASURED 33 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE LOT LINE FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 33 FEET ALONG THE LOT LINE TO SAID NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 6; THENCE WESTERLY 100.47 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 6 TO POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL IN BLOCK 1, RIDGE GROVE ESTATES, PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
