Final Judgment was awarded on August 26, 2013 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-010108, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, BEVERLY M. RAYMOND; ELSHAFEY ASHOUR; WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on October 15, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
