Final Judgment was awarded on August 26, 2013 in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-004795XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOAN SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff, and, ZBIGNIEW WLEKLIK; ZDZISLAWAWLEKLIK; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on October 15, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
