NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-001758 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and James R. Staub, Christopher J. Huff, Joeylynn Huff, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 17, BLOCK C-1, HARMONY HEIGHTS SECTION FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 63 AND 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
