NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-019443 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Trustee For HSI Asset Securitization Corporation And HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2007-HE2, is the Plaintiff and Kevin K. Lagrange, Ferguson Enterprises Inc DBA Ferguson Heating and Cooling FKA Gulf Refrigeration Supply Co, Florida Cooling Supply, Inc., A Dissolved Corporation, Cathy M. Lagrange, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., As Nominee For WMC Mortgage Corp., New Atlantis Club Condominium Association, Inc., State Of Florida Department Of Revenue, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 564, OF NEW ATLANTIS CLUB CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 1 THROUGH 13, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5109, PAGE 390 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
