NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005364 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, Successor-In-Interest To Wachovia Bank, N.A., As Trustee For JPMorgan 2005-ALT1, is the Plaintiff and Dragana Kolundzic, Zdravko Kolundzic, Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A Brandie Lewis, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 10, BOULEVARD PARK BLOCK E REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 48 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
