lot 22, of lakes of windermere-lake reams townhomes (jackson property), according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 53, pages 52 through 62, inclusive, of the public records of orange county, flroida.
and commonly known as: 12732 langstaff dr, windermere, fl 32786; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on May 15, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
