Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 13, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
concominium unit no. 523, of oasis ii phase iv, a condominium, according to the declaration thereof, as recorded in official records book 4967, at 4576, and any and all amendments and exhibits thereto, of the public records of orange county, flroida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements thereto.
and commonly known as: 3960 southpointe dr, orlando, fl 32822; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on May 15, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
