Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 13, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
lot 50, of tivoli gardens, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 55, at page 120-130, of the public records of orange county, flroida.
and commonly known as: 6053 apollos corner way, orlando, fl 32829; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on May 15, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
