Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
unit 101, building 55, phase 12, mandalay at stonebridge commons, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium, and all it attachments and amendments, as recorded in or book 7747, page 2461, as amended by thirteenth amendment to declaration recorded in official records book 8110, page 368, public records of orange county, florida. together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said declaration of condominium.
and commonly known as: 6253 miramonte drive #101, orlando, fl 32835; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on May 20, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
