NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-016569-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and A. Elizabeth Kuminka, Bryan A. Walker, Central Park at Metro West Condominium Association, Inc., Holland Commercial Pool, Lindsay A. Kuminka, Metro West Master Association, Inc., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 16th day of April 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
